Welcome to the funniest Prison in the world!

This blog is for all those who want more information about Prison Island, news, offers, promotions, events, and things happening in its surroundings.

This post is needed to reply the most common question among our visitors:

<< What is this? >>

Prison Island is a theme park with a concept based on a prison, its inspired in a successful TV-show called “Fort Boyard” or “The Crystal Maze”, Prison Island has 21 cells, and each cell has a different challenge for you to solve in teams of 2-5 people (we recommend 3-4, if you are more than 4 the group will be divided in different teams), the cells are very original and challenging, the challenges can be tactical (think), technical (skills) or physical, eventhough most of them are a combination of those 3 skills mentioned.

The goal of the game is to beat as many cells as you can in a set time (1 hour or 2 hours), to beat the cells you will also need good teamwork capacity and communication. For a first visit it is recommended to enjoy the experience during 2 hours, since in one hour there is no time enough to try all the cells (approx half of them)

Eventhough the cells are designed to challenge adults, this does not mean that kids are not allowed to enjoy our prison, inside the cells there is nothing to fear, no animals, no water, no hidden people (unless its an special event), there is not age limit to access the cells (under 5 y/o have free entrance), but we recommend kids under 12 to participate accompaigned by at least an adult to help them with the challenges.
