ARRIVAL SCHEDULE:

Please come 20 minutes before your reservation to receive the game explanation. Arriving late will result in loss of game time.

If you book at the last minute, keep in mind that the cells are disconnected at closing time, so it is recommended not to arrive late so that you have time to leave your things at the box office, that we explain the rules and that you do not waste time. game in the cells.

You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your arrival via the booking link. To add new players to your reservation, we recommend making a second reservation (for the additional players) rather than modifying the existing one.

Additionally, you can modify the day, time and number of participants up to 24 hours prior to the activity by phone or email, but you cannot cancel the reservation.

After 24 hours prior to the activity, you will not be able to make changes to your reservation. If the number of people attending is less than the reserved numberA gift card will be offered to attendees who were unable to attend at the last minute, so they can come another day. No returns will be accepted. 

FOR PARTIES:
The hours of party reservations are fixed. Arriving late to the reservation will mean less game time inside the cells, without the possibility of a refund, price reduction or exchange for another service.

AGES:

Children under 5 years old do not pay admission.

People over 16 years of age (4th year of ESO if they have not repeated a year) will be considered adults.

Persons under 16 years of age may not play without an adult per team.

TEAM SIZE:

The maximum size per team is 5 people and the minimum is 2 people.

We recommend forming teams of 4 people.

Prison Island does not guarantee that all cells are working at all times, cell maintenance is a constant process but not definitive.

Prison Island is not responsible if a person terminates the activity early for personal reasons unrelated to the company itself.

Prison Island is only responsible for the sale of tickets sold by Prison Island.
