ARRIVAL SCHEDULE:

Try to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your reservation.

If you book at the last minute, keep in mind that the cells are disconnected at closing time, so it is recommended not to arrive late so that you have time to leave your things at the box office, that we explain the rules and that you do not waste time. game in the cells.

To cancel or modify any reservation please contact Prison Island/Laser Island at least 72 hours before your reservation time.

FOR PARTIES:
The hours of party reservations are fixed. Arriving late to the reservation will mean less game time inside the cells, without the possibility of a refund, price reduction or exchange for another service.

AGES:

NORMAL RATE:
Children under 5 years old do not pay admission.
Children over 15 years of age (4th year of ESO if the year has not been repeated) will be considered adults.
Children under 13 years old will not be able to play without an adult.

SPECIAL RATE OR EVENTS:
Children are considered from 5 to 18 years old.
Adults are considered over 18 years of age.

TEAM SIZE:

The maximum size per team is 5 people and the minimum is 2 people.

We recommend forming teams of 4 people.
